RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us at sales@fovere.net quoting your order number. We will then assess the return, and if valid, provide a Returns Authorisation and Instructions.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item to us within 60 days. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and must include the original packaging.

Please note we are unable to accept returns where the urn has been filled.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Item is not in the original packaging
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment centre, it takes 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Please include your order number on all correspondence.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please contact us at sales@fovere.net and we will send a replacement immediately.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Shipping

For returns other than Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products, you will be required to return the item at your own expense, and may use the postal carrier of your choosing. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fovere.net.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Before Goods are Shipped 
    As long as your item hasn’t left the warehouse, we will be happy to cancel your order at your request. Simply contact us at support@fovere.com.au, putting URGENT in the subject line. Please include your name and order number and we will check the status as soon as possible.
  • Cancellation After Goods are Shipped 
    Once we have shipped the goods, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, delivered products can be returned under our Returns Policy guidelines.
